CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on offering flexible class structures for when life gets in the way.

CASUAL CLASSES:

All casual programs can be cancelled prior to 2 hours before the class start time via your iClass portal.

Students with a recurring booking have an attendance allowance provided for a maximum of 10 cancellation days per year when cancelling with 2 hours or more notice.

Class fees apply to any late cancellations or ‘no shows’. Teachers discretion may be used in relevant cases.
