Cancellation Policy

CMI Bookings Policy Cancellations We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a session, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 2 hours' notice via email. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice (or non-attendance) will incur the full class fee. Illness and Symptoms To help protect the health of all our dancers, staff and families, we follow a strict no-symptom policy. If your dancer is unwell or showing any signs of illness, we ask that you please cancel your session — even if it’s at the last minute. Keeping our studio community safe and healthy is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your cooperation and for being part of the CMI community!
